Overview

Element distance between consecutive vector entries, as a distinct type.

Vector takes (stride, inc) where VectorView's positional constructors take (inc, stride); both readings fit the same buffer, so a transliterated call reads the wrong addresses silently. The tags make the order a compile error.

Invariant: operator int is deleted: without it the tag decays back into the ambiguity.
