miniacc: a header-only accuracy-benchmark harness (register cases, sample, summarise, CSV).
Registered with MINI_ACC_BENCHMARK_REGISTER_SIZES; a program built with MINI_ACC_MAIN() parses --samples, --seed, --log10-cond, --csv, --benchmark_filter, --backend, --type and positional argument lists. Installed because it is under include/batchlas; not a stable interface.
